Twenty Nail Dystrophy with Pterygium Unguis.

A 15 year old female developed twenty nail dystrophy I at the age of 7 years, with formation of pterygium. There was no associated skin, mucous membrane, hair or other ectodermal abnormality. It is considered that lichen planus may be responsible for this condition.
