Background: The prevalence of ankle sprains in females has higher than in males. A deficit in ankle dorsiflexion range of motion (DFROM) is a substantial contributor to ankle injuries, resulting in hampering exercise performance. Tissue flossing improves joint ROM and enhances performance.
