A highly sensitive detection approach of resonance Rayleigh scattering spectra (RRS) is firstly applied to analyzing nootropic drugs including piracetam (PIR) and oxiracetam (OXI). In HCl-NaAc buffer solution (pH=3.0), the OXI chelated with palladium (II) to form the chelate cation [Pd·OXI], and then reacted with Congo red (CGR) by virtue of electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic force to form binary complex [Pd·OXI]. CGR, which could result in the great enhancement of RRS. The resonance Rayleigh scattering signal was recorded at λ=λ=375nm. This mixture complex not only has higher RRS, but also makes contribution to significant increase of fluorescence, and the same phenomena also were discovered in PIR. The enhanced RRS intensity is in proportion to the PIR and OXI concentration in the range of 0.03-3.0μgmL, and the detection limit (DL) of RRS method for PIR and OXI is 2.3ngmL and 9.7ngmL. In addition, the DL of fluorescence method for PIR and OXI is 8.4μgmL and 19.5μgmL. Obviously, the RRS is the highly sensitive method, and the recoveries of the two kinds of nootropic drugs were range from 100.4% to 101.8.0% with RSD (n=5) from 1.1% to 3.1% by RRS method. This paper not only investigated the optimum conditions for detecting nootropics with using RRS method, but also focused on the reasons for enhancing RRS intensity and the reaction mechanism, which in order to firm and contract the resultant. Finally, The RRS method has been applied to detect nootropic drugs in human urine samples with satisfactory results.

Introduction: Little is known about the effects of parental mental health burdens during pregnancy on infant health among military families, who are subject to various stressors unique to military life. The present study leveraged infant data from the DoD Birth and Infant Health Research (BIHR) program and self-reported parental survey data from the Millennium Cohort Study (MCS) to examine associations of parental mental health conditions with adverse infant health outcomes.
Materials And Methods: Subjects included singleton infants captured in BIHR program data, born between July 2001 and December 2012, to MCS women and men who completed a baseline or follow-up survey from 1 year before pregnancy start through infant birth date.

A new difunctional recognition and nanocatalytic probe of copper metal-organic framework surface molecularly imprinted polyethyleneimine (CuMOF@MIP) was prepared by microwave procedure, using tert-butylhydroquinone (TBHQ) as the template molecule, CuMOF as the nanosubstrate and polyethyleneimine (PEI) as the functional monomer. The experimental results demonstrate that the CuMOF@MIP nanoprobes exhibit strong catalysis of acrylic acid reduction of silver nitrate to produce silver nanoparticles (AgNP) with surface plasmon resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) effect at 330 nm. The new nanocatalytic amplification indicator reaction was studied by RRS and coupled with the recognition function to develop a catalytic analysis strategy.

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the influence of negative emotions on adjustment disorder (AjD) in young adults, focusing on the mediating role of rumination and insomnia.
Methods: The study recruited 2015 young patients (aged 18-35) receiving treatment at the Psychosomatic Medicine Department of the Affiliated Encephalopathy Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2023 to March 2024. Participants completed the Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale (DASS), Ruminative Responses Scale (RRS), Insomnia Severity Scale (ISI), and Adjustment Disorder - New Module 20(ADNM-20) to assess negative emotions, rumination thinking, sleep status, and AjD.
