Purpose: Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer (ChatGPT) may have implications as a novel educational resource. There are differences in opinion on the best resource for the Orthopaedic In-Training Exam (OITE) as information changes from year to year. This study assesses ChatGPT's performance on the OITE for use as a potential study resource for residents.

We investigate the articulation between domain-general reasoning and interpretive processes in failures of deductive reasoning. We focus on illusory inferences from disjunction-like elements, a broad class of deductive fallacies studied in some detail over the past 15 years. These fallacies have received accounts grounded in reasoning processes, holding that human reasoning diverges from normative standards.

The "puffed cheek" technique is routinely performed during CT neck studies in patients with suspected oral cavity cancers. The insufflation of air within the oral vestibule helps in the detection of small buccal mucosal lesions, with better delineation of lesion origin, depth, and extent of spread. The pitfalls associated with this technique are often underrecognized and poorly understood.

To commemorate 40 years since the founding of the Journal of Business Ethics, the editors in chief of the journal have invited the editors to provide commentaries on the future of business ethics. This essay comprises a selection of commentaries aimed at creating dialogue around the theme (inspired by the title of the commentary by Jeffrey Harrison). The authors of these commentaries seek to transcend the age-old separation fallacy (Freeman in Bus Ethics Q 4(4):409-421, 1994) that juxtaposes business and ethics/society, posing a forced choice or trade off.
