Three cycles of single embryo IVF are economically viable.

I agree with Jane Denton about the lack of equity in the provision of NHS fertility treatment (reflections July 20). It has long been inadequate, despite strong messages of support from successive health ministers and prime ministers from the time of the first Blair government.
