Objective: The study aimed to explore the role of fluorine-18-aluminum fluoride-1,4,7-triazacyclononane-1,4,7-triacetic acid-octreotide (F-OC) positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) in neuroblastoma (NB) and compared it with Iodine-123 labeled metaiodobenzylguanidine (I-MIBG) scintigraphy with single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography (SPECT/CT), as well as to investigate the feasibility of the modified Curie scoring system and International Society of Pediatric Oncology Europe Neuroblastoma (SIOPEN) skeleton scoring system applied in F-OC PET/CT.
Methods: Patients with pathologically confirmed NB underwent I-MIBG scintigraphy with SPECT/CT and F-OC PET/CT according the standard imaging protocols. The interval between the two imaging techniques ranged from 0 to 22 days (median interval: 9 days).

We describe a case of Parkinsonian-type multiple system atrophy (MSA-P) treated with Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT-LOUD; LSVT Global, Inc., Phoenix, AZ, USA). At age 73, the patient developed motor symptoms, including gait disturbances with a tendency to fall, as well as swallowing difficulties and impaired dexterity in his right hand, prompting a visit to our hospital.

Post-infarction heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) patients often face persistent risks of sudden cardiac arrest leading to sudden cardiac death. While implanting a cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) can enhance prognosis, complications and costs limit its widespread use. Current patient qualification criteria, relying on imperfect parameters, require refinement.

Contrast enhancement MRI of the brain and spine showed abnormal enhancement in intracranial and spinal dural lesions in a 6-year-old boy with high-risk neuroblastoma, suggesting the possibility of dural metastases. 123 I-MIBG SPECT/CT did not show any abnormal MIBG accumulation in these lesions. However, 68 Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT showed obvious DOTATATE uptake in these metastatic lesions.

Few reports have highlighted the rare presence of somatic variants in clinically aggressive, metastatic pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma (PCC/PGL); however, none have addressed detailed clinical presentation (including biochemistry and imaging) and management of these patients. Here, we address these clinical features and management based on four PCC patients with somatic variants from our National Institutes of Health PCC/PGL cohort. A total of 192 patients underwent exome sequencing (germline, somatic, or both), and four males were found to have somatic variants (with additional somatic and oncogenic variants in patients 2 and 4, respectively).
