Objective: Q-sort methodology is an underutilized tool for differentiating among multiple priority measures. The authors describe steps to identify, delimit, and sort potential health measures and use selected priority measures to establish an overall agenda for continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities within learning collaboratives.
Methods: Through an iterative process, the authors vetted a list of potential child and adolescent health measures. Multiple stakeholders, including payers, direct care providers, and organizational representatives sorted and prioritized measures, using Q-methodology.
Results: Q-methodology provided the Alabama Child Health Improvement Alliance (ACHIA) an objective and rigorous approach to system improvement. Selected priority measures were used to design learning collaboratives. An open dialogue among stakeholders about state health priorities spurred greater organizational buy-in for ACHIA and increased its credibility as a statewide provider of learning collaboratives.
Conclusions: The integrated processes of Q-sort methodology, learning collaboratives, and CQI offer a practical yet innovative way to identify and prioritize state measures for child and adolescent health and establish a learning agenda for targeted quality improvement activities.

Methods: The task force was established in 2022 and comprised experts and academics from various geographical regions, each with substantial experience in developing HTA guidelines for national health policymaking.

Purpose: The purpose of the project was to reduce the occurrence of nonclinical delays resulting in increased postanesthesia care unit length of stay for carpal tunnel release patients in an ambulatory orthopedic surgery center through the implementation of new workflow processes in both the preoperative and postoperative phases of care.
Design: Pre-post design, with data being analyzed both before and after implementation of evidence-based quality improvement measures to assess for effectiveness of project interventions.
Methods: At the ambulatory orthopedic surgery center, preintervention data were gathered for 6 months on carpal tunnel release patients (n = 185) to determine the root causes of discharge delays (January to June 2023).

To achieve high-precision 3D reconstruction, a comprehensive improvement has been made to the binocular structured light calibration method. During the calibration process, the calibration object's imaging quality and the camera parameters' nonlinear optimization effect directly affect the caibration accuracy. Firstly, to address the issue of poor imaging quality of the calibration object under tilted conditions, a pixel-level adaptive fill light method was designed using the programmable light intensity feature of the structured light projector, allowing the calibration object to receive uniform lighting and thus improve the quality of the captured images.

This paper presents the development of a robotic system for the rehabilitation and quality of life improvement of children with cerebral palsy (CP). The system consists of four modules and is based on a virtual humanoid robot that is meant to motivate and encourage children in their rehabilitation programs. Current deep learning-based phase unwrapping techniques for iToF Lidar sensors focus mainly on static indoor scenarios, ignoring motion blur in dynamic outdoor scenarios. Our paper proposes a two-stage semi-supervised method to unwrap ambiguous depth maps affected by motion blur in dynamic outdoor scenes. The method trains on static datasets to learn unwrapped depth map prediction and then adapts to dynamic datasets using continuous learning methods.
