Theories of the electrophysiology of language comprehension are mostly informed by event-related potential effects observed between condition averages. We here argue that a dissociation between competing effect-level explanations of event-related potentials can be achieved by turning to predictions and analyses at the single-trial level. Specifically, we examine the single-trial dynamics in event-related potential data that exhibited a biphasic N400-P600 effect pattern.

Objective: to observe whether the mobilization of the scapula improves the mechanosensitivity of the median nerve in patients with cervicalgia. Localized cervical pain caused by compression of a nerve root without presenting irradiated features along the nerve path is diagnosed as cervicalgia. Muscles around the scapula can be directly responsible of this compression.

Introduction: Any sport places great physical demands on the lower limbs and lumbar spine. Sport can lead to nerve entrapment syndromes, making nerve tissue a target for therapeutic intervention.
Methods: A systematic review of clinical trials and cohort studies using neurodynamics as a method of assessment and treatment in sports patients was conducted.

Background: The modulation of the autonomic nervous system's activity, particularly increasing its parasympathetic tone, is of significant interest in clinical physiotherapy due to its potential benefits for stress-related conditions and recovery processes. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the addition of neurodynamics in enhancing parasympathetic activation in subjects with chronic stress.
Methods: A clinical trial randomly assigned participants to a group with neurodynamics (6 bpm breathing protocol + manual therapy + neurodynamic technique) or a group without neurodynamics (6 bpm breathing protocol + manual therapy only).
