Aims: Heart failure (HF) and erectile dysfunction (ED) share numerous risk factors and pathogenetic mechanisms, resulting in a high prevalence of ED among male patients with HF. This questionnaire-based study aimed to better understand the patient's journey from a patient perspective and that of healthcare professionals (HCPs) regarding communication, education and treatment of ED as a recognized comorbid condition.
Methods: Two independent online surveys were conducted between November 2021 and January 2022 in Germany.

Developments in robotic interventions have greatly affected the field of interventional radiology (IR), particularly when combined with imaging modalities such as fluoroscopy and cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT). The aim of this review is to compare and evaluate the safety, precision, and clinical outcomes of fluoroscopy and CBCT-guided robotic interventions in IR. Introduction: A poorly treated acute ankle sprain can rapidly progress to chronic instability, with varying degrees of disability secondary to weakness of the ankle stabilizers. The aim of our study was to evaluate functional scores and physical tests in the assessment of eversion and proprioception deficits after non-surgical treatment of chronic ankle instability. Our hypothesis was that these functional scores and physical tests are suitable and sufficient for assessing the functional aspect of an unstable ankle.

Introduction: The current study aims to give an overview of transition-to-home services provided by perinatal centres in Austria and Switzerland and to evaluate parental satisfaction with the care provided.
Methods: This cross-sectional multicentred study was conducted by performing two surveys between May 2022 and November 2023: one among all level III perinatal centres in Austria (n=7) and Switzerland (n=9) (institutional survey) and one among parents of very preterm infants treated at one selected perinatal centre in each of the two countries (parental survey). Both questionnaires consisted of matching questions focusing on current transition-to-home services.

Introduction: Obesity may increase complexity of surgical procedures and increase the risk of perioperative complications. Weight reduction by the use of low energy diet (LED, ≤1200 kcal/day) or very low energy diet (VLED, ≤800 kcal/day) can reduce postoperative complications after bariatric surgery, but for most other types of surgery the evidence for its use remains uncertain. The aim of this systematic review was therefore to evaluate the scientific evidence in general for this routine.
