A family of 2D coordination polymers were successfully synthesized through "bottom-up" techniques using Ni, Cu, Co, and hexaaminobenzene. Liquid-liquid and air-liquid interfacial reactions were used to realize thick (∼1-2 μm) and thin (<10 nm) stacked layers of nanosheet, respectively. Atomic-force microscopy and scanning electron microscopy both revealed the smooth and flat nature of the nanosheets. Selected area diffraction was used to elucidate the hexagonal crystal structure of the framework. Electronic devices were fabricated on thin samples of the Ni analogue and they were found to be mildly conducting and also showed back gate dependent conductance.

Phosphatases are enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of phosphate esters. They play critical roles in diverse biological processes such as extracellular nucleotide homeostasis, transport of molecules across membranes, intracellular signaling pathways, or vertebrate mineralization. Among them, tissue-nonspecific alkaline phosphatase (TNAP) is today increasingly studied, due to its ubiquitous expression and its ability to dephosphorylate a very broad range of substrates and participate in several different biological functions.

Although Alzheimer disease neuropathologic change (ADNC) is the most common pathology underlying clinical dementia, the presence of multiple comorbid neuropathologies is increasingly being recognized as a major contributor to the worldwide dementia burden. We analyzed 1051 subjects with specific combinations of isolated and mixed pathologies and conducted multivariate logistic regression analysis on a cohort of 4624 cases with mixed pathologies to systematically explore the independent cognitive contributions of each pathology. Alzheimer disease neuropathologic change and limbic-predominant age-related TDP-43 encephalopathy neuropathologic change (LATE-NC) were both associated with a primary clinical diagnosis of Alzheimer disease (AD) and were characterized by an amnestic dementia phenotype, while only ADNC associated with logopenic variant primary progressive aphasia (PPA).

: Family physicians are essential to a well-functioning healthcare system; however, they face significant administrative and cognitive burdens that contribute to their burnout and reduce the quality of patient care they provide. Digital health tools offer potential solutions to these problems. This study examined the interface design and features of a digital health platform, Carmi, designed to mitigate administrative inefficiencies and cognitive overload by asynchronous patient data gathering and automated report generation.

Background: Ensuring child health, as a key objective of global childcare policies, requires coordinated efforts between the government, social organizations and communities, institutions, and families. Despite China's progress in comprehensive childcare policy development, rapid economic growth, and urbanization, challenges persist, such as urban-rural disparities and unequal resource distribution, highlighting the need for effective collaboration between policy actors.
Methods: To collect textual data, this study searched for prefectural-level childcare policy texts issued since 2019 on government websites and legal databases, ultimately identifying 224 documents for analysis.
