His neurological examination was unremarkable, and a brain computed tomography (CT) revealed right-sided otomastoiditis without intraparenchymal lesions.

We report the case of a 68-year-old male presenting with an ulcerative lesion on the right forehead, initially suspected as a benign condition. Fine needle aspiration suggested a lymphoproliferative disorder, with biopsy and immunohistochemistry confirming primary cutaneous ALCL (CD30-positive, anaplastic lymphoma kinase [ALK]-negative).

Recent evidence has demonstrated promising efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors, particularly those targeting programmed death-1 (PD-1)/programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), in a variety of solid tumors. However, there have been no research of immune checkpoint inhibitors plus chemotherapy in ATC.
