Behçet's disease (BD) is a rare systemic vasculitis that is characterized by recurrent oral and genital ulcers, uveitis, and skin lesions. Although neurological involvement is a known complication, ischemic stroke remains uncommon. Recurrence beyond the second year of diagnosis and metastasis to the skin and eyelids are rare occurrences in breast cancer. When cutaneous metastases present without local recurrence, they pose a significant diagnostic challenge. Here, we describe a case of breast cancer that recurred 16 years after the initial treatment, with the only indication of recurrence being unusual skin and eyelid lesions.

Intracranial complications of otitis media are rare but pose a significant risk of morbidity and mortality. We report a case of a 27-year-old man with cognitive impairment who presented with fever, right-sided otalgia, otorrhea, and vomiting for three days. His neurological examination was unremarkable, and a brain computed tomography (CT) revealed right-sided otomastoiditis without intraparenchymal lesions.

Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (ALCL) is a very uncommon type of CD30-positive T-cell lymphoma, and it very rarely affects the forehead. We report the case of a 68-year-old male presenting with an ulcerative lesion on the right forehead, initially suspected as a benign condition. Fine needle aspiration suggested a lymphoproliferative disorder, with biopsy and immunohistochemistry confirming primary cutaneous ALCL (CD30-positive, anaplastic lymphoma kinase [ALK]-negative).

However, there have been no research of immune checkpoint inhibitors plus chemotherapy in ATC.
