Even if rarely detected, right atrial (RA) masses represent a diagnostic challenge due to their heterogeneous presentation. Para-physiological RA structures, such as a prominent Eustachian valve, Chiari's network, and lipomatous atrial hypertrophy, may easily be misinterpreted as pathological RA masses, including thrombi, myxomas, and vegetations. Each pathological mass should always be correlated with adequate clinical, anamnestic, and laboratory data.

People with fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) may have difficulty attending rehabilitation sessions. We investigated the feasibility (adherence and satisfaction) of implementing an 8-week home-based somatosensory, entirely remote, self-training programme using the TrainPain smartphone app in people with FMS. The secondary aim was to evaluate the effect on pain symptoms.

: Melanoma, an aggressive form of skin cancer, accounts for a significant proportion of skin-cancer-related deaths worldwide. Early and accurate differentiation between melanoma and benign melanocytic nevi is critical for improving survival rates but remains challenging because of diagnostic variability. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) have shown promise in automating melanoma detection with accuracy comparable to expert dermatologists.
