Genetic and epigenetic defects of the p53 system have previously been associated with resistance to CDK4/6 inhibitors in women with HR breast cancer. Recent data from Kudo et al. demonstrate that CDK2-targeting agents may offer an effective strategy to circumvent such resistance by enforcing cellular senescence downstream of RBL2 dephosphorylation.

Introduction: It has long been argued that there are dream metaphors which express waking-life experiences indirectly. Most of empirical evidence concerning this topic was in a qualitative way, while few studies explored the topic in a quantitative way. Under this background, we investigated whether dreaming of the typical theme 'being chased or pursued' was a metaphorical expression for waking-life experiences related to 'negative relationships with others'.

Unlabelled: Brunner syndrome is a recessive X-linked disorder characterized by intellectual disability and impulsive aggressiveness associated with monoamine oxidase A (MAOA) deficiency leading to increased monoaminergic activity. We report the presence of rapid eye movement (REM) sleep behavior disorder in a 46-year-old patient with Brunner syndrome due to a c.1438A > G/iVS14-2 A > G mutation of the gene.

Aim: This study aimed to explore the relationship between typical dreams and the mental health of residents in village-in-city.

Methods: This study used the Chinese version of the Typical Dreams Questionnaire and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) to investigate the mental health status and typical dream themes of 1,190 residents recruited through random sampling from a village-in-city in Xi'an. Correlation analysis, -test, and binary regression analysis were performed on the data using SPSS 24.
