Electronic address:

Cervical cancer (CC) remains a critical public health issue, highlighting the importance of early detection. However, current methods such as cytological and HPV testing face challenges of invasiveness and low patient compliance. Exosomes, emerging as crucial in cancer diagnosis, offer promise due to their noninvasive, highly specificity, and abundant biomarkers.

Glutathione-S-transferase enzymes (GSTs) are essential components of the phase II detoxification system and protect organisms from oxidative stress induced by xenobiotics and harmful toxins such as 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene (CDNB). In Tetrahymena thermophila, the TtGSTm34 gene was previously reported to be one of the most responsive GST genes to CDNB treatment (LD50 = 0.079 mM).

As important biomarkers of many diseases, glycoproteins are of great significance to biomedical science. It is essential to develop efficient glycoprotein enrichment platforms and investigate their adsorption mechanism. In this work, a conspicuous enrichment strategy for glycoproteins was developed by using an electrospun fiber membrane wrapped with polydopamine (PDA) and modified with 3-aminophenylboronic acid and nickel ions, named PAN/DA@PDA@APBA/Ni.

State Key Laboratory of Oral Diseases, National Clinical Research Center for Oral Diseases, Department of Cariology and Endodontics, West China Hospital of Stomatology, Sichuan University, Chengdu 610041, China. Electronic address:

Objectives: In light of the constantly flowing saliva, anti-caries remineralization agents are inclined to be taken away. Owing to their limited residence time, the remineralization effect is not as desirable as expected. Hence, our study aimed to synthesize a novel peptide (DGP) with high affinity to both collagen fibrils and hydroxyapatite, and investigated its dentin remineralization efficacy in vitro and anti-caries capability in vivo.

Iron oxide and silica-based materials have emerged as attractive protein purification and immobilization matrices. His6 has been reported as an effective affinity tag for both iron oxide and silica. Here, the silica-binding tags CotB1p and Car9 were shown to work as effectively as iron oxide-binding tags.
