The work main purposes were to identify the sources of problems and demands causing parental burnout and to specify the resources/support factors during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study was based on the Balance Theory of Risk and Support/Resource Factors (BR Model) by Mikolajczak and Roskam. The study explored the predictive value of socio-economic variables, religiosity, the meaning of life, positivity, perceived social support, family functionality, and balance between risks and resources in parental burnout using the structural equation modelling method on a sample of 337 parents.

Introduction: Despite increasing physician specialization, high-quality continuing professional development is needed for continual mastery learning, especially focused on multiple specialties. Board certification is considered a surrogate for competency, and some stakeholders consider it suboptimally aligned with its primary purpose. A new corrole derivative bearing 8-hydroxyquinoline moiety, which was labeled as 8-HQ-Corrole, serves as an efficient fluorescent probe for Mg in the presence of various interferents. This probe 8-HQ-Corrole displayed an ultra-fast response (2 s) to Mg with an impressive detection limit (33 nM) and a significant fluorescence enhancement, accompanying with a blue shift from 667 to 653 nm in fluorescence spectrum. MS and Job's plot analysis indicated that the enhanced fluorescence response was attributable to the formation of 1:2 stoichiometric complex between to Mg and 8-HQ-Corrole involving quinoline nitrogen and oxygen atoms.

Method: Twelve HHRs and five OCPs underwent a telephone interview concerning the opportunities and limitations of job applications for PWEs.
