Ejaculatory dysfunction in adult males with bladder exstrophy-epispadias complex can occur from associated genitourinary anomalies, surgical iatrogenic scarring, infection, obstruction, and neurologic and functional causes. This case presents a 30-year-old male patient with a history of bladder exstrophy reconstruction (bladder neck closure and appendicovesicostomy) who presented with a nine-year history of intermittent perineal scrotal pain, swelling, and intermittent urethral discharge. He presented with a tender palpable perineal mass ("semen-oma").

Transgender and gender-diverse (TGD) people endure numerous physical and mental health disparities secondary to lifelong stigma and marginalization, which are often perpetuated in medical spaces. Despite such barriers, TGD people are seeking gender-affirming care (GAC) with increased frequency. GAC facilitates the transition from the sex assigned at birth to the affirmed gender identity and is comprised of hormone therapy (HT) and gender-affirming surgery (GAS).

Objective: To quantify the effects of a series of text messages (safetxt) delivered in the community on incidence of chlamydia and gonorrhoea reinfection at one year in people aged 16-24 years.
Design: Parallel group randomised controlled trial.
Setting: 92 sexual health clinics in the United Kingdom.
Background/aims: Recruiting to target in randomised controlled trials is crucial for providing reliable results, yet many trials struggle to achieve their target sample size. Many trials do not report sufficient, if any, details of their recruitment strategy for others to adapt for their own trials. Furthermore, much of the available evidence describes strategies to improve recruitment aimed at participants, as opposed to strategies aimed at engaging and motivating recruiting staff who are deemed essential for recruitment success.

Purpose: To determine whether multi-parametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) can reliably predict proximity of prostate cancer to the prostatic urethra in a contemporary series of men undergoing radical prostatectomy (RP) at two academic centers.
Methods: Clinical characteristics of consecutive men undergoing pre-operative mpMRI prior to RP and whole-mount axial serial step-sectioned pathology examination at two academic centers between Jun 2016 and Oct 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. Every tumor was characterized by its pathologic minimum distance to the prostatic urethral lumen (pMDUL).
