We present, experimentally and numerically, the observation of Fermi-Pasta-Ulam recurrence induced by breather solitons in a high-Q SiN microresonator. Breather solitons can be excited by increasing the pump power at a relatively small pump phase detuning in microresonators. Out of phase power evolution is observed for groups of comb lines around the center of the spectrum compared to groups of lines in the spectral wings. The evolution of the power spectrum is not symmetric with respect to the spectrum center. Numerical simulations based on the generalized Lugiato-Lefever equation are in good agreement with the experimental results and unveil the role of stimulated Raman scattering in the symmetry breaking of the power spectrum evolution. Our results show that optical microresonators can be exploited as a powerful platform for the exploration of soliton dynamics.

In this article, the spatial symmetric nonlinear dispersive wave model in (2+1)-dimensions is studied, which have many applications in wave phenomena and soliton interactions in a two-dimensional space with time. In this framework, the Hirota bilinear form is applied to acquire diverse types of breather wave solutions from the foresaid equation. Abundant breather wave solutions are presented by the Hirota bilinear form and a mixture of exponentials and trigonometric functions with the usage of symbolic computation.

In this work, we use the ansatz transformation functions to investigate different analytical rational solutions by symbolic computation. For the (2+1)-dimensional Calogero-Bogoyavlenskii Schiff (CBS) model, we derive a variety of rational solutions, such as homoclinic breather solutions (HBs), M-shaped rational solutions (MSRs), periodic cross-rationals (PCRs), multi-wave solutions (MWs), and kink cross-rational solutions (KCRs). Their dynamic is shown in figures by selecting appropriate values for the pertinent parameters.

Several expressions have been derived, including the transmission, soliton width, phase wavefront curvature, and so on. The study demonstrates that the coefficient of transverse cross modulation term controls the pattern transformation of the TCMSG breathing solitons.
