Pyogenic granuloma (PG) is benign vascular lesions of the skin and mucous membranes that often involve the skin and mucous membranes, which often trouble patients due to its frequent bleeding. The traditional treatment is surgical removal, but its bleeding, pain, and trauma have led doctors to look for more minimally invasive methods. Between June 1, 2022 to March 1, 2024, we retrospectively analyzed 72 children with PG who were seen and treated in our department for long pulsed 1064 nm Nd: YAG laser (Gentle Nd: YAG laser) and sclerotherapy, respectively.

Background: In a phase 1b/2a clinical trial of efzofitimod in patients with corticosteroid-requiring pulmonary sarcoidosis, treatment resulted in dose-dependent improvement in key end-points. We undertook a analysis pooling dose arms that achieved therapeutic concentrations of efzofitimod (Therapeutic group) those that did not (Subtherapeutic group).
Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells incubated with tuberculin-coated beads were exposed to varying concentrations of efzofitimod in an assay to determine concentrations that inhibited granuloma formation.

Objective: Severe gastrointestinal lesions are associated with a poor prognosis in eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA). The goal of this study was to develop an effective predictive model for gastrointestinal lesions and to examine clinical patterns, associated factors, treatment, and outcomes of gastrointestinal lesions in EGPA.
Methods: We retrospectively enrolled 165 EGPA patients.

Granuloma annulare (GA) is an idiopathic inflammatory skin condition with a chronic and unpredictable course. Although localized GA is usually cleared with topical or systemic corticosteroids, generalized GA is often difficult to treat owing to the lack of treatment options and recurrence with treatment. Recent evidence has helped to elucidate the etiology behind GA, with growing confirmation for the use of JAK inhibitors as a possible treatment for GA.
