This case report discusses a case of granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) initially presenting with lacrimal gland involvement and subsequently developing additional features. GPA is a disease known for inflammation in the respiratory tract and kidneys. A 63-year-old male patient presented with a mass, swelling, and ptosis in the right upper eyelid.

Introduction And Importance: Orbital lymphomas, are extranodal lymphomas primarily involving the ocular adnexa, which includes conjunctiva, eyelids, eyelashes, eyebrows, lacrimal glands, retro-orbital soft tissues, and the extraocular muscles. Ocular adnexal lymphomas can be primary or secondary. This case is important because there are few case reports in the world, and it is among the first case to be reported from Ethiopia.

Cherubism is a rare fibro-osseous disease characterized by the progressive expansion of the mandible and maxilla during childhood. Orbital involvement occurs in a subset of patients and is clinically manifested as upward displacement of the affected eye. The bony changes tend to spontaneously diminish or even regress after puberty.

A 40-year-old woman presented with a mass in her OS for 2 years. Examination revealed a large conjunctival lesion on the nasal bulbar conjunctiva OS and a small upper tarsal conjunctival lesion in the OD. Biopsy OD revealed inflammatory granulation tissue, and OS revealed pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia with granulation tissue.

Kaposi sarcoma is a low-grade vascular neoplasm linked to the human herpesvirus 8, with the AIDS-associated epidemic variant being the most common and aggressive. Although Kaposi sarcoma more commonly affects the cutaneous tissues, lymph nodes, and visceral organs, it can also be present in ocular and ocular adnexal tissues. We report a case of a 58-year-old Indo-Caribbean woman living with AIDS who presented with a large upper eyelid mass that was clinically diagnosed as Kaposi sarcoma.
