Near-infrared photoimmunotherapy (NIR-PIT) is a newly developed treatment. We report a successful case of NIR-PIT for post-irradiation locoregionally recurrent oropharyngeal cancer at the tongue base. A 60-year-old man following primary treatment for oropharyngeal cancer at the tongue base by endoscopy (rT1N0M0).

The most common congenital cervical masses are thyroglossal cysts followed by branchial cleft anomalies. However, their synchronous presentation is uncommon. A man in his early thirties visited our ear, nose, and throat (ENT) outpatient department (OPD) with complaints of a three-month history of right-side neck swelling.

Stilling-Duane syndrome, a congenital condition characterized by aberrant innervation of the lateral rectus muscle and agenesis of the abducent nerve or its nucleus, results in limited horizontal eye movements. It is often misdiagnosed as acquired abducent nerve paralysis. This report highlights the importance of considering Stilling-Duane syndrome in differential diagnoses.

Hydrocele of the Canal of Nuck is a rare inguinal-scrotal swelling that occurs primarily as a chronic painful lump in childhood or in young women. Here, we present a rare case of the same, presenting at an extreme of age and with a short history. An 85-year-old female patient presented with a progressive inguinal swelling for 2 months in a known case of decompensated cirrhosis of liver in form of ascites and portal cavernoma.
