Rationale: Ovarian tumor torsion is a critical gynecological emergency, predominantly affecting women of reproductive age, with benign teratomas being the most common culprits. In contrast, malignant ovarian tumors, such as mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, infrequently present with torsion due to their invasive and angiogenic characteristics. The occurrence of torsion in malignant tumors complicates diagnosis and management, particularly when associated with complications like congestion, infarction, and internal bleeding.

PET/CT targeting fibroblast activation protein α (FAP) in cancer-associated fibroblasts shows promise in theranostics. Here, we report the case of a 31-year-old woman with hormone receptor-positive/human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative breast cancer who presented with rising CA15-3 for further diagnostic workup. Whereas [18F]FDG PET/CT was unremarkable, novel [68Ga]RTX-1363 PET/CT revealed intense tracer accumulation in thoracoabdominal lymph nodes and both ovaries.

We report the case of a woman in her early 30 s who was diagnosed with Robert's uterus. She had been experiencing progressive dysmenorrhea for a decade and sought treatment for infertility at our hospital. Preoperative ultrasound imaging resulted in a misdiagnosis of a complete uterine septum with an accompanying ovarian cyst.
