Background: Negative perceptions of antiretroviral treatment (ART)'s efficacy and consequences may operate as roadblocks to adherence. This research aimed to determine the association between belief in medicine and adherence to antiretroviral therapy among HIV adults on ART in Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria.
Method: Using a cross-sectional design, a systematic random sampling method was used to select respondents aged 18-64 years on antiretroviral therapy for at least six months at Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital, outpatients of the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief Clinic.

Objective: This longitudinal study examined changes in psychological outcomes of perioperative frontline healthcare workers at one of Australia's most COVID-19 affected hospitals, following the surge and decline of a pandemic wave.
Method: A single-centred longitudinal online survey was conducted between 26 May and 17 November 2020. Recruitment was via poster advertisement and email invitation.

Hypoglycemia is a major limiting factor in achieving glycemic control in persons with diabetes. In some instances, recovery from a severe hypoglycemia event may require health care resource utilization (HCRU), including the use of emergency medical services (EMS), visits to the emergency department (ED), and inpatient hospitalization. To (a) describe the profiles of patients who experience severe hypoglycemic events and (b) characterize HCRU and the associated cost related to severe hypoglycemia treatment.
