spp. are important biocontrol filamentous fungi, which are widely used for their adaptability, broad antimicrobial spectrum, and various antagonistic mechanisms. In our previous studies, we cloned gene encoding GI protein from Th-33. Its knockout mutant showed that the growth rate, conidial yield, cAMP level, antagonistic action, and hydrophobicity decreased. Therefore, Illumina RNA-seq technology (RNA-seq) was used to determine transcriptomic differences between the wild-type strain and mutant. A total of 888 genes were identified as differentially expressed genes (DEGs), including 427 upregulated and 461 downregulated genes. All DEGs were assigned to KEGG pathway databases, and 318 genes were annotated in 184 individual pathways. KEGG analysis revealed that these unigenes were significantly enriched in metabolism and degradation pathways. GO analysis suggested that the majority of DEGs were associated with catalytic activities and metabolism processes that encode carbohydrate-active enzymes, secondary metabolites, secreted proteins, or transcription factors. According to the functional annotation of these DEGs by KOG, the most abundant group was "secondary metabolite biosynthesis, transport, and catabolism." Further studies for functional characterization of candidate genes and pathways reported in this paper are necessary to further define the G protein signaling system in .

Introduction: Osteosarcoma, a highly aggressive bone cancer primarily affecting children and young adults, remains a significant challenge in clinical oncology. Metastasis stands as the primary cause of mortality in osteosarcoma patients. However, the mechanisms driving this process remain incompletely understood.

Background: Numerous studies have reported that dysregulation of fatty acid metabolic pathways is associated with the pathogenesis of vitiligo, in which arachidonic acid metabolism (AAM) plays an important role. However, the molecular mechanisms of AAM in the pathogenesis of vitiligo have not been clarified. Therefore, we aimed to identify the biomarkers and molecular mechanisms associated with AAM in vitiligo using bioinformatics methods.

Purpose: The miR-125a-5p has been reported influence the development of lung cancer, however, the link between it and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is still not well understood. Hence, this study was designed to investigate the molecular pathway by which miR-125a-5p related biomarkers were involved in COPD.
Patients And Methods: The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and module genes related to COPD in GSE100153 were screened out by differential analysis and weighted gene co-expression network analysis, respectively.

Research Objective: This study is based on bioinformatics analysis to explore the co-expressed differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between atrial fibrillation (AF) and chronic kidney disease (CKD), identify the biomarkers for the occurrence and development of the two diseases, investigate the potential connections between AF and CKD, and explore the associations with immune cells.
Methods: We downloaded Two AF gene chip datasets (GSE79768, GSE14975) and two CKD gene chip datasets (GSE37171, GSE120683) from the GEO database. After pre-processing and standardizing the datasets, two DEGs datasets were obtained.

Tratt (RRT) is widely cultivated in Guizhou Province, China. In recent years, RRT has emerged as one of the most promising new fruit crops in China, primarily because of its remarkably high levels of ascorbic acid (AsA). In this research, we assessed the AsA levels in RRT across various growth phases.
