Cutaneous plasmacytosis (CP) is a rare condition characterized by benign proliferation of mature plasma cells in the skin. It presents as reddish-brown macules, papules, or plaques, typically located on the neck, face, and trunk. The etiology remains unknown, though it is believed to be reactive rather than malignant.

A young male in his late 20s presented with brownish discolouration of the conjunctiva and periocular area of both eyes. He was diagnosed as a case of lepromatous leprosy with recurrent type II lepra reaction 4 years ago and was started on multidrug therapy-multi bacillary, which included clofazimine. The best-corrected visual acuity was 20/20 in both eyes.

An aqueous bark extract of D. Don was utilized to prepare zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles through a green method, which is more economical, eco-friendly, and effective for exploring several biological applications and toxicity assessments against brine shrimp nauplii. The prepared ZnO nanoparticles were characterized using several characterizing techniques.

This study describes the epidemiological, clinical, and pathological aspects of an outbreak of ruminal acidosis and ruminitis caused by the ingestion of hedge lucerne (Desmanthus virgatus L.) in 70 cattle in the state of Paraiba, Northeastern Brazil. The herd had been transported from the state of Piauí to Paraiba.

The purpose of this clinical case was to test the efficacy and safety of the long-pulsed 1064-nm neodymium-YAG laser in the treatment of multiple angiokeratomas on the labia majora of the vulva. Benign vascular neoplasms known as angiokeratomas are characterized by well-defined, hyperkeratotic, reddish-black papules, or plaques. The patient underwent one treatment session with a long-pulsed 1064-nm neodymium-YAG laser.
