This report describes a patient that developed recurrent metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) to a suprapancreatic lymph node four years after being treated for primary HCC via complete left hepatectomy. Metastatic HCC was proven by pathologic confirmation. The report addresses the role of surgical resection as a treatment modality for recurrent HCC to solitary lymph nodes. The role of biological chemotherapy as adjuvant treatment is also addressed.

Aims: Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common gynecological cancer worldwide and its incidence is rising. The cornerstone of its management is surgical treatment with nodal staging. A monocentric study investigating the potential of the molecular biology method of one-step nucleic acid amplification (OSNA) in sentinel lymph node (SLN) analysis was conducted at our institution between April 2016 and January 2018.

Purpose: Exploring the computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography (FDG-PET)/CT Multimodal Imaging Characteristics of Desmoplastic Small Round Cell Tumor (DSRCT) to enhance the diagnostic proficiency of this condition.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data and multimodal imaging manifestations (CT, MRI, FDG-PET/CT) of eight cases of DSRCT. These findings were systematically compared with pathological results to succinctly summarize imaging features and elucidate their associations with both clinical and pathological characteristics.

Background: The accurate preoperative diagnosis of TC plays a very important role in the selection of an appropriate treatment strategy. In addition to the hypoechogenicity of thyroid lesions on ultrasound and the presence of microcalcifications or high cell atypia on FNAB, highlighting the features of laterality and focality and ascertaining their influence (alone or combined) on TC staging and appropriate treatment are crucial.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 697 patients admitted to the study center between 2008 and 2023 was conducted.

Background: Lateral cervical lymph node metastasis (LLNM) is a well-established prognostic factor influencing recurrence and survival in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). However, the accuracy of preoperative imaging examinations is limited. We have pioneered a minimally invasive technique-endoscopic thyroidectomy via sternocleidomastoid muscle posteroinferior approach (ETSPIA).

The cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs) comprise a diverse set of diseases with equally diverse presentations ranging from asymptomatic solitary lesions to highly aggressive diseases with propensity for visceral spread. The more aggressive CTCLs, which herein we consider as certain cases of advanced-stage mycosis fungoides/Sézary syndrome (MF/SS), primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma (PCAETCL), and primary cutaneous gamma delta T-cell lymphoma (PCGDTCL), require systemic therapy. Over the last 5 years, treatment options for MF/SS have expanded with biological insights leading to new therapeutic options and increasingly unique management strategies.
