Migraine, a neurological disorder often accompanied by symptoms such as visual disturbances, nausea, and photophobia, involves complex interactions between genetic and environmental factors, while vascular factors are also implicated, influenced by both genetic predisposition and environmental triggers. This case report discusses a 41-year-old male with a history of migraine with visual aura, presenting with sudden left-eye visual loss. Comprehensive ophthalmologic examination revealed a central scotoma, while multimodal imaging, including spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT), showed focal alterations in the outer plexiform layer.

Objective: The purpose of this report is to describe the presentation of a patient with a pectoralis major tendon (PMJ) tear.
Clinical Features: A 30-year-old male weightlifter presented to a chiropractor with localized left arm pain that began while bench-pressing. Ecchymosis and swelling were present, but no contour abnormalities were seen.
Background: Traumatic arteriovenous fistulas (AVFs) are rare entities, especially when referring to visceral arterioportal AVFs. Currently, there are no large epidemiological studies looking specifically at traumatic visceral AVFs. When traumatic AVFs have been discussed in the literature, it is in the form of case reports or case series and focused on peripheral AVFs.
