The escalating growth in computing power and the advent of quantum computing present a critical threat to the security of modern cryptography. Two-factor authentication strategies can effectively resist brute-force attacks to improve the security of access control. Herein, we proposed a two-factor and two-authentication entity strategy based on the trans-cleavage activity of CRISPR-Cas and the "dual-step" sequence-specific cleavage of Argonaute.

Enantiomeric separation of chiral molecules is pivotal for exploring fundamental questions about life's origin and many other fields. Crystallisation is an important platform for the separation of chiral molecules, elegantly applied to many systems, for instance, the formation of conglomerates, where the enantiomers crystallise as separate phases. Many approaches have been proposed to explore crystallisation-driven enantiomeric separation with fewer insights into the complex pathways associated with the separation processes.

Background: During the COVID-19 pandemic, migrant populations remained under-immunized due to limited access to health care, language barriers, and vaccine hesitancy. The USAID-funded MOMENTUM Routine Immunization Transformation and Equity project supported the government in collaborating with various local health and non-health partners to identify and vaccinate migrants. This case study examines the roles of project partners and the strategies each entity implemented to increase COVID-19 vaccine uptake among migrants, as well as the perceptions regarding the effectiveness of these strategies.

Objective: This review examined the influence of anthropometric characteristics, such as body height (BH) and body mass (BM), on the impact of punches in striking-combat sports. Despite their perceived importance for combat strategy, the relationship between these characteristics and punch impact remains unclear.
Methods: We included experimental, quasi-experimental and cross-sectional studies.

With the increasing importance of securing images during network transmission, this paper introduces a novel image encryption algorithm that integrates a 3D chaotic system with V-shaped scrambling techniques. The proposed method begins by constructing a unique 3D chaotic system to generate chaotic sequences for encryption. These sequences determine a random starting point for V-shaped scrambling, which facilitates the transformation of image pixels into quaternary numbers.
