After 25 years' experience, the authors present the senior author's current integration of lower body lift with vertical medial thighplasty. Mostly, oblique flankplasty with lipoabdominoplasty (OFLA) has replaced the traditional transverse posterior lower body lift and abdominoplasty due to improved esthetics and lower rate of complications. OFLA proceeds either immediately or as a first stage to the medially based reduction of thighs.
