Background: Idiopathic normal-pressure hydrocephalus (iNPH), characterized by unexplained normal-pressure hydrocephalus, primarily presents with symptoms such as gait disturbances, cognitive impairment, and urinary incontinence. Currently, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) drainage via shunting is the only effective treatment for iNPH.
Case Presentation: A 56-year-old Asian woman visited our hospital with a worsening gait disturbance and a history of recurrent falls over the past 2 years.

Summary: A 56-year-old woman with cervical pain with a history of ovarian clear cell carcinoma stage IIIC was admitted to a primary care doctor. Ultrasonography revealed a microhyperechoic nodule in the thyroid gland and cervical lymph node enlargement, and fine-needle aspiration was performed. The results showed malignancy, and she was admitted to our hospital.

A 56-year-old woman who presented with left drop foot and low back pain a week after the onset of diarrhea. Neurological symptoms progressed for a week and gradually improved thereafter. No weakness was observed in upper limbs and clearly asymmetrical muscle weakness was observed in left lower limbs during the course of the disease.

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with inferior vena cava (IVC) tumor thrombus is generally considered to be borderline resectable because of its poor prognosis. This report describes a patient who underwent multidisciplinary treatment for HCC with massive IVC tumor thrombus.
Methods: The 56-year-old woman in this study had diffuse HCC of the medial and anterior segments.
