Background: Identifying the modifiable risk factors for childhood mortality using population-attributable fractions (PAFs) estimates can inform public health planning and resource allocation in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). We estimated PAFs for key population-level modifiable risk factors of neonatal, infant, and under-five mortality in LMICs.
Methods: We used the most recent Demographic and Health Survey data sets (2010-22) from 48 LMICs, encompassing 35 sub-Saharan African countries and 13 countries from South and Southeast Asia (n = 506 989).

Background: The use of new biological medicines as standard treatment is expected to increase substantially and cover new therapeutic indications in the near future. Interchange of biological medicines in pharmacies increases the need for patient guidance.
Objectives: The study aims to gain a patient perspective on biological medicine users' needs and wishes regarding patient guidance by exploring what kind of information patients wish to receive and to further investigate the potential differences in needs between originator biological medicine users and biosimilar users.

Introduction/objective: Schizophrenia with substance use disorder is a complex clinical condition that may increase treatment resistance. Cannabis use disorder is frequently associated with psychosis and the causal link has still to be defined. Partial D2/3 agonists may ensure limbic dopamine release normalization while avoiding reduced frontocortical dopamine release, which would contribute to negative symptoms.
