Introduction: PD1/PD-L1 inhibition (ICi) has recently become a new standard of care for patients with advanced MMR-deficient (MMRd) endometrial cancers. Nevertheless, response to immunotherapy is more complex than the presence of a single biomarker and therefore it remains challenging to predict patients response to ICi beyond MMRd tumors. Elevated PD-L1 expression (CPS ≥ 1) is often used as a prognostic marker as well as a predictive biomarker of response to ICi in different tumor types.

Background: Functional neurological movement disorders are common and disabling. Little is known about their coexistence with other non-functional movement disorders and their impact on the general disease burden.
Objectives: Investigating frequency and characteristics of functional movement disorders in GCH1-positive dopa-responsive dystonia patients.

Objectives: This study investigated the correlation between retinal vasculature and cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD) imaging markers, providing new evidence for the retina-brain association.
Methods: Two hundred and thirty-nine participants aged 55-85 were enrolled in the study. CSVD indicators, encompassing white matter hyperintensities (WMHs), lacunes (LAs), cerebral microbleeds (CMBs), and enlarged perivascular spaces (EPVSs), were assessed.

Background And Objectives: Computer-assisted orthopedic surgical techniques and robotics has improved the therapeutic outcome of pelvic fracture reduction surgery. The preoperative reduction path is one of the prerequisites for robotic movement and an essential reference for manual operation. As the largest irregular bone with complicated morphology, the rotational motion of pelvic fracture fragments impacts the reduction process directly.

Background And Objectives: Although multiple sclerosis (MS) can be conceptualized as a network disorder, brain network analyses typically require advanced MRI sequences not commonly acquired in clinical practice. Using conventional MRI, we assessed cross-sectional and longitudinal structural disconnection and morphometric similarity networks in people with MS (pwMS), along with their relationship with clinical disability.
Methods: In this longitudinal monocentric study, 3T structural MRI of pwMS and healthy controls (HC) was retrospectively analyzed.
