We report an interesting case of coronary cameral fistula with associated aneurysmal dilatation of coronary artery. The complete evaluation including anatomical relationships with surrounding vascular and non-vascular structures can be achieved with ECG gated multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT). MDCT has many advantages over echocardiography and digital subtraction catheter angiography, because of its ability to demonstrate the fistula separate from surrounding cardiovascular structures along with any aneurysm or obstruction in its course. Thus, MDCT is emerging as the initial non-invasive imaging technique for comprehensive preoperative evaluation of these rare congenital anomalies for cardiovascular surgeons to achieve better operative assessibity and outcome.

We report a neonate evaluated for hepatomegaly during hospitalisation and was diagnosed to have hepatoblastoma, an uncommon childhood malignancy. The presence of dysmorphism, macrosomia and congenital heart defect led to the suspicion of congenital overgrowth conditions. The genetic evaluation revealed a pathogenic variant, conclusive of Simpson-Golabi-Behmel syndrome type 1 (SGBS1).

A woman in her early 60s presented with multiple transient neurological symptoms over the course of 20 months, including transient loss of power to her right lower limb. Initial workup with CT brain scan, carotid dopplers and ECG revealed no abnormality; however, MRI of the brain suggested recent ischaemic events in separate cortical territories. Subsequent transoesophageal echocardiogram revealed a large mobile mass histologically confirmed to be an atrial myxoma.
