Objectives: In systemic radionuclide therapy such as radioiodine (I-131) for differentiated thyroid cancer, post-therapy dosimetry is essential to verify pre-therapy predictions, which in turn informs the next treatment. However, post-therapy multi-time point dosimetry is resource intensive and unfeasible in many institutions. We devised a schema of rapid predictive dosimetry by circumventing post-First Strike multi-time point dosimetry with carefully assigned gestalt values of predicted kinetics to personalise the Second Strike prescription.

Graves' disease (GD) is the commonest cause of hyperthyroidism, accounted for 70-80% in iodine sufficient countries and up to 50% in iodine deficient countries. Combination of genetic predisposition and environmental factors influences the development of GD. Graves' orbitopathy (GO) represents the most common extra-thyroidal manifestation of GD with substantial impact on morbidity and quality of life.

Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL) is a malignancy involving lymph nodes and lymphatic system. [F]F-FDG PET/CT (FDG-PET) imaging is routinely used for staging, to assess early chemotherapy response (interim FDG-PET), at the end of treatment (EoT FDG-PET) and for the identification of disease recurrence. We present a case of a 39-year-old man treated for HL.

Objectives: The normal range of the frequency of antral contractions, similar to other gastric motility parameters, are different depending on the population and the test meal. We, therefore, conducted the analysis to establish the normal ranges for the frequency of antral contractions derived from dynamic antral scintigraphy (DAS) following an Asian-styled solid meal in Thai healthy volunteers.

Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the data from the study on normal gastric emptying values.
