In this paper, by using the C-class functions and a new approach we present some coincidence point results for four mappings satisfying generalized [Formula: see text]-weakly contractive condition in the setting of ordered b-metric spaces. Also, an application and example are given to support our results.

Study on visual matching cognition of automobile interior and exterior.

PLoS One

December 2024

General Motors, Digital Experience Department, Warren, Michigan, United States of America.

This work aims to study the visual matching cognition of people with different professional backgrounds for automobile interiors and exteriors, using gasoline-powered automobiles and electric automobiles as the research objects. First, three classes of automobiles, B-class, C-class, and sport-type class automobiles, of different brands, with large differences in styling and styles, were taken as the experimental sample sources, and high-definition interior and exterior pictures of the two power types of automobiles were randomly selected as the experimental samples. The participants were then divided into expert and general user groups according to their professional background.

Brassinosteroid signaling represses ZINC FINGER PROTEIN11 to regulate ovule development in Arabidopsis.

Plant Cell

October 2024

State Key Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, School of Life Sciences, Nanjing University, Nanjing 210023, China.

Brassinosteroid (BR) signaling and the C-class MADS-box gene AGAMOUS (AG) play important roles in ovule development in Arabidopsis (Arabidopsis thaliana). However, how BR signaling integrates with AG functions to control the female reproductive process remains elusive. Here, we showed that the regulatory role of BR signaling in proper ovule development is mediated by the transcriptional repressor gene ZINC FINGER PROTEIN 11 (ZFP11), which is a direct target of AG.

Department of Hematology, Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University, Zunyi 563000, China Department of Hematology, The Tenth Affiliated Hospital, Southern-Medical University (Dongguan People's Hospital), Dongguan 523000, China.

To study the expressions of C-C class chemokine 17 (CCL17), C-C class chemokine 22 (CCL22), and C-C chemokine receptor 4 (CCR4) in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) for analyzing their correlations with clinical features and to preliminarily explore their roles in the development of NDMM. The study included 40 patients with NDMM and 20 healthy volunteers from the Department of Hematology of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from July 2020 to December 2022. Peripheral blood, bone marrow, and bone marrow biopsy tissue samples were collected from the two groups.

Background: Portal vein thrombosis (PVT) is a common complication of liver cirrhosis, yet there are fewer studies about predictors of PVT recanalization. We aimed to further explore the predictors of recanalization in cirrhotic PVT to facilitate accurate prediction of patients' clinical status and timely initiation of appropriate treatment and interventions. To further investigate the benefits and risks of anticoagulant therapy in cirrhotic PVT patients.

In the rosid species , the AP2-type AP2 transcription factor (TF) is required for specifying the sepals and petals identities and confers a major A-function to antagonize the C-function in the outer floral whorls. In the asterid species , the AP2-type ROB TFs are required for perianth and pistil development, as well as repressing the B-function together with TOE-type TF BEN. In Long-homostyle (LH) , VIGS-silencing showed that is mainly involved in controlling filament and style length, but is mainly involved in regulating filament length and pollen grain development.
