Purpose Of Review: The review critically assesses the different phenotypes of angioedemas associated with NSAIDs. Angioedemas exacerbated or induced by NSAIDs have high morbidity and, when they affect the larynx, can lead to death by asphyxiation.
Recent Findings: Angioedema can present as a manifestation of a syndrome such as anaphylaxis or it can be a separate entity, which comprises different forms that can be diagnosed based on specific criteria. NSAIDs are the drugs most used worldwide and they are also one of the leading causes of angioedema.
Summary: The manuscript addresses the pathophysiology and pharmacogenetics of angioedema, reviews its classification and assesses the diagnosis and management of angioedemas exacerbated and induced by NSAIDs.

Aim And Background: Angioedema is a nonpruritic swelling that typically affects the skin, mucous membranes of the face, and perioral soft tissues. It can be life-threatening, but it is usually not and can be treated conservatively unless the airway is compromised. This paper seeks to illuminate a rare case of hereditary angioedema (HAE) onset following dental procedures in a 9-year-old Indian boy.

Objective: To report a case of drug-induced isolated angioedema secondary to the use of Entresto (Valsartan/Sacubitril).
Case Summary: A 75-year-old White man presented with swelling of the uvula with a normal tongue shape and gradual onset of speech difficulty, shortness of breath, and difficulty swallowing after taking his chronic medication Entresto (sacubitril/valsartan). The main possibility considered was uvular angioedema, other potential causes were not identified.
Beta-lactam antibiotics are the most common cause of hypersensitivity reactions to medications, followed by nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). The aim of this study was to classify children with hypersensitivity reactions to nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID-H) according to the latest updates. ENDA recommendations were used to evaluate all patients with suspected NSAID-H.

Background: The 2022 AHA-ACC HFSA Guideline for Management of Heart Failure recommend initiating an angiotensin receptor/neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) who can tolerate an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEi). The manufacturer recommends initiating a 36-hour washout period when switching from ACEi to ARNI due to an increased risk of adverse effects, including angioedema. This study investigated the adherence to the washout period when transitioning from ACEi to ARNI at a community hospital.
