As compared to gel and other topical preparations microemulgel has been prepared by screening of oils, emulsifier, and co-emulsifier on bases of solubility of an API in it. An API has high solubility and oil may also have more or less pharmacological property, so it may assist the therapeutic action of API. Due to presence of oil portion, it leads to more penetration of API in the skin. Oil Micelle Size was less than 500 nm which provides more area for absorption of API in the skin so more penetration and more effective than macro-emulsion. Microemulgel has an advantage of emulgel that has dual benefits of micro-emulsion and gel and several other desirable properties like good consistency, thyrotrophic, greaseless, easily spreadable as well as removable, emollient, non-staining, water soluble, longer shelf-life, bio-friendly, transparent, pleasant appearance, ability of patients for self-medication, termination of medications will be easy, etc.

Copper is an essential micronutrient involved in various physiological processes in various cell types. Consequently, dysregulation of copper homeostasis-either excessive or deficient-can lead to pathological changes, such as heart failure (HF). Recently, a new type of copper-dependent cell death known as cuproptosis has drawn increasing attention to the impact of copper dyshomeostasis on HF.

Introdution: Although oral and dental diseases may occur in unexpected or even emergency conditions, but some of the diagnosis and treatments can be algorithmically done following some guidelines. The development and implementation of a system that provides users with a record of history and a proposal of required actions can be not only efficiently practical, but also virtually simple.
Materials And Method: A system made up of web and mobile apps is proposed and evaluated for screening and self-care of oral and dental problems and for providing advice on dental emergencies and therapeutic measures.

The pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is among the deadliest tumor diseases worldwide. While treatment options have generally become more diverse, little progress has been made in the treatment of PDAC and the median survival time for patients with locally advanced PDAC is between 8.7 and 13.

Nucleic acid medicine encompassing antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) has garnered interest as a potential avenue for next-generation therapeutics. However, their therapeutic application has been constrained by challenges such as instability, off-target effects, delivery issues, and immunogenic responses. Furthermore, their practical utility in treating kidney diseases remains unrealized.

Objectives: The significant correlation between acute myocardial infarction and subsequent hepatorenal dysfunction could result in a higher mortality rate in patients. The study aimed to evaluate the effect and mechanisms of coenzyme-Q10 (Q10) administration on hepatorenal dysfunction in an isoprenaline (ISO)-induced myocardial infarction model in rats.
Materials And Methods: Twenty male rats were assigned into four groups (n = 5).
