Background: Neuroimaging studies have identified brain structural and functional alterations in adolescents with major depressive disorder (MDD); however, the results are inconsistent, and whether patients exhibit spatially convergent structural and functional brain abnormalities remains unclear.
Methods: We conducted voxel-wise meta-analysis of voxel-based morphometry (VBM) and resting-state functional studies, respectively, to identify regional gray matter volume (GMV) and brain activity alterations in adolescent MDD patients. Multimodal analysis was performed to examine the overlap of regional GMV and brain activity alterations.

Background: Idiopathic rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder (iRBD) is a robust prodromal marker of α-synucleinopathies. Increased neuroimaging studies have explored the morphological abnormalities in iRBD, but yielded inconsistent results.
Methods: We conducted a systematic review and a voxel-wise meta-analysis of whole-brain voxel-based morphometry (VBM) studies using the anisotropic effect size version of seed-based d mapping (AES-SDM) to investigate gray matter volume (GMV) alterations in iRBD.

Background: Numerous neuroimaging studies utilizing resting-state functional imaging and voxel-based morphometry (VBM) have identified variations in distinct brain regions among individuals with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). However, the results have been inconsistent.
Methods: A comprehensive voxel-wise meta-analysis was performed on studies employing resting-state functional imaging and gray matter volume (GMV), examining discrepancies between individuals with ADHD and neurotypical controls (NCs).

Background: Deficient neural activities during emotion regulation have been reported in depression. We sought to conduct a meta-analysis to provide a comprehensive description of these neural alterations during use of emotion regulation strategies among patients with depression, including major depressive disorder (MDD) and bipolar disorder (BD).
Methods: We identified neuroimaging studies of abnormal neural activities during emotion regulation in depression.
