CBA-1205 is a novel humanized antibody targeting delta-like 1 homolog (DLK1) that enhances antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity activity. DLK1 overexpression has been reported in various cancer types, such as hepatocellular carcinoma and neuroblastoma. CBA-1205 demonstrates potent antitumor activity in multiple tumor models, making it a potential treatment option for DLK1-expressing cancers.

Background: The prompt and accurate identification of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is crucial for preventing its progression into more severe neurodegenerative diseases. However, current diagnostic solutions, such as biomarkers and cognitive screening tests, prove costly, time-consuming, and invasive, hindering patient compliance and the accessibility of these tests. This article is based on a roundtable discussion in which three panelists review clinically relevant insights about vitiligo and discuss two cases that illustrate the multiple challenges faced by both patients and clinicians in managing this complex disease. The first is a 32-year-old White female patient with Fitzpatrick Skin Type III/IV with extensive depigmentation in the trunk area. The patient achieved 90-percent repigmentation with a combination therapy approach.

Background: The combination therapy of the B-Raf proto-oncogene (BRAF) inhibitor dabrafenib and the mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase (MEK) inhibitor Trametinib has shown favorable outcomes in patients initially identified with BRAF mutations. However, there are currently no large-scale study data focusing on the use of a triple therapy regimen of epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR-TKI) plus dabrafenib and trametinib in patients with newly concomitant BRAF mutations after acquiring resistance to EGFR-TKIs. Our study aimed to explore the efficacy and safety of the triple therapy regimen through a multi-center real-world experience.
