- Tennis is a widely enjoyed sport that offers various health benefits, and this study focused on physical activity levels during beginner group tennis lessons and daily activity of participants.
- Using an accelerometer, activities were tracked over four weeks, revealing that the average physical activity intensity during lessons was 3.37 METs and that rest periods were relatively short.
- The results showed that beginner-level tennis lessons led to significantly higher activity intensity and increased vigorous physical activity for 76% of participants on lesson days, highlighting their positive impact on overall physical health.

In order to put students in the spotlight and make it simpler for them to understand and master the teaching topics, public tennis classes in colleges and universities used a combination of targeted teaching techniques and a staged evaluation method. A random sampling was used to select 200 students from public physical education classes at Zhuhai University of Science and Technology as the study population. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group of 100 students each (50 male and 50 female).

Ageing is the greatest risk factor of late-onset neurodegenerative diseases. In the realm of sporadic tauopathies, modelling the process of biological ageing in experimental animals forms the foundation of searching for the molecular origin of pathogenic tau and developing potential therapeutic interventions. Although prior research into transgenic tau models offers valuable lessons for studying how tau mutations and overexpression can drive tau pathologies, the underlying mechanisms by which ageing leads to abnormal tau accumulation remains poorly understood.
