Background: This study aimed to report the surgical techniques and results of treating coronoid process and radial head fracture combined with dislocation of the elbow (terrible triad of the elbow) using a single lateral incision, known as the extensor digitorum communis (EDC) split approach.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed of 109 patients with terrible triad of the elbow who had been treated by the authors from January 2013 to December 2019. The participants included 67 males and 42 females, with a mean age of 42.

Background: The present study reports our experience of Copeland shoulder cementless surface replacement arthroplasty (CSRA) and whether glenoid microfracture influences the progression of glenoid erosion.
Methods: One-hundred-and-twelve CSRAs were performed in 101 patients between 2002 and 2007. Eighty-three patients were alive at the median follow-up time of 72 months (range 9 to 121 months; interquartile range 46 to 93 months).

Introduction: The goal of the study was to determine the results of elbow arthrolysis for post-traumatic stiffness, and to identify factors governing the result of that procedure.
Patients And Methods: Between 1984 and 1997, 26 elbow arthrolysis were performed. Twenty-three patients were retrospectively assessed by an independent examiner, 3 patients were lost for follow-up.
Introduction: Posttraumatic stiffened joints are mostly well restored by means of operation, however, the range of motion remains restricted by secondary soft tissue shrinking and scarring. Conservative treatment yields only limited success rates. Open arthrolysis is a useful tool in regaining function; in postoperative treatment, immediate passive mobilization and prevention of heterotopic ossification are most important.
