Purpose: This systematic review and meta-analysis aimed to establish the relationship between the number of procedures a hospital or surgeon performs with outcomes following revision knee replacement (RevKR).

Methods: MEDLINE and Embase were searched using Ovid silver platter up to December 2024 for randomised controlled trials and cohort studies that reported RevKR volumes, in at least two categories, performed by hospitals and surgeons and their relationship to patient and provider level outcomes. Objectives: to evaluate the association between exposure to per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and semen quality in young adulthood, with particular attention to different exposure metrics: serum and seminal concentrations of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and perfluorosulfonic acid (PFOS), foetal exposure, duration of exposure.

Design: cross-sectional study.

Setting And Participants: 1,000 subjects aged 18-35 years residing in the Veneto area with water contamination by PFAS, enrolled in the period 2022-2023; this interim analysis involves 507 subjects out of the 1,000 enrolled.

Introduction: it is necessary to develop an instrument that enables identifying unhealthy eating habits, and to know those erroneous concepts that the adult population may have in relation to sugary products to be able to design and implement appropriate nutritional education strategies for this population sector.

Aim: to perform the content validation of a questionnaire to determine the level of knowledge, perception, and habits of sugary product consumption in the adult population through expert judgement.

Methods: it is a content and psychometric validation study, carried out between September and October of the last year, in which 13 experts participated, who assessed each one of the instrument's items.

Background: The Sysmex CN-6000 is a fully automated high-throughput coagulation analyzer. The objective of this study was to evaluate the analytical performance of the analyzer for routine and special coagulation testing in a high-throughput central laboratory of a university hospital.

Methods: The within- and between-day precision and accuracy of 29 coagulation parameters were evaluated on the Sysmex CN-6000 using commercially available quality control materials.
