Retirement security is not just about the money. Although there are many guidelines for financial security, there are few for crafting a rewarding life in the new era of longevity and health. With the meaning of "retirement" being actively redefined, there is a gap between what older adults want and need and what their employers and policymakers are offering. Retirement security in its broadest sense requires programs and policies that encourage and support flexible work that allow some choice and control over when, where, and how work gets done, and which work tasks are assumed by which employees or work teams, self-employment, and formal and informal volunteer work. This article has 3 purposes: (a) to summarize the current context of retirement, (b) to identify barriers to psychological security in later life, and (c) to suggest how psychologists can support the rewriting of the retirement chapter for future retirees. There are two major styles of maggot debridement dressings: (1) confinement dressings that form a cage around the wound, and (2) containment dressings that completely surround the maggots within a sealed porous bag. For producers and clinicians wanting to prepare containment dressings using readily available polyester bags, it is currently difficult to seal these bags without expensive high-temperature plastic welders. This study aimed to identify simple and affordable methods for sealing maggots within polyester net bags.

Study Question: What is the association between endometriosis and working life (lost), workforce participation, and productivity?
Summary Answer: Women with endometriosis experienced more working years lost due to disability pension and to a smaller degree sick leave, they were less frequently working or enrolled in education, had more sick days, were less productive, and had lower work ability.
What Is Known Already: Endometriosis is associated with negative consequences on working life; however, previous studies are based on self-reported data or smaller samples of women. To the best of our knowledge, no previous studies have quantified the average reduction in working hours during the entire span of working life using population-based registers.
