Radicular cysts are one of the most common cysts of inflammatory origin involving the maxillofacial region that arise from the remnants of Herwig's epithelial root sheath. These are often diagnosed as incidental findings on radiographs, which are seldom symptomatic and are slowly progressive. Decompression could be used as a conservative treatment approach for the management of large radicular cysts in children to have satisfactory healing and minimum damage to adjacent vital structures, simultaneously allowing the eruption of succedaneous tooth.

"Hot quadrate lobe sign" refers to visualization of caudate lobe of liver due to excess accumulation of radiotracer secondary to superior vena cava obstruction. Collateral channels are formed between thoracic and mediastinal vessels; internal mammary through the paraumbilical vessels which drain blood to the left portal vein and into the caudate lobe of liver. It was first described on Tc99-m sulfur colloid scan.

Purpose: Neuroendocrine neoplasms of the appendix (aNET) are rare tumors that are often diagnosed by pathology as an incidental finding after appendectomy for acute appendicitis. Several guidelines proposed risk criteria to indicate oncological completion surgery after appendectomy. She had a medical history of migraine, hypothyroidism and cervical lymphadenopathy.
