The authors present an analysis of adverse climatic factors mid- and high mountains, which have a significant negative impact on fighting facility and capacity for work in military servicemen that may cause an acute mountain sickness and severe complications (high altitude pulmonary edema and high-altitude cerebral edema). Complicated mechanisms of organism disorder are shown. Sophisticated medical and tactical factors of mountain theatre of war, defining the nature of actions of troops, require special approaches to organisation of medical support. One of the major tasks of the medical service and the commanders is the timely prevention of health disorders troops in mountainous terrain.

Objective: To assess the functional state and age-related characteristics of autophagy in peripheral blood leukocytes as a risk factor for the development of inflammaging using the example of the servicemen of the DefenseForces of Ukraine and clean-up workers of the Chornobyl accident.
Materials And Methods: A total of 103 male patients aged 28-77 (56,48 ∓ 9,05) years were examined. They included: the main group - 23 servicemen of the Defense Forces of Ukraine aged 44-59 (50,21 ∓ 5,13) years; the comparison group - 57 clean-up workers of the Chornobyl accident aged 56-63 (60,31 ∓ 1,78) years; and the control group -23 civilians aged 28-77 (53,26 ∓ 15,98) years.

Objective: Aim: To identify the main problems and analyse the psychosocial aspects of the rehabilitation of servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine and to develop a technology for the formation of psychological skills for psychosocial recovery in order to use it in the practice of psychosocial assistance to servicemen of the National Guard of Ukraine who were injured during the russian-ukrainian war.
