Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) levels can help predict outcomes in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), but its integration with DLBCL molecular clusters remains unexplored. Using the LymphGen tool in 77 DLBCL with both ctDNA and tissue biopsy, a 95.8% concordance rate in molecular cluster assignment was observed, showing the reproducibility of molecular clustering on ctDNA.

Direct-acting antivirals are highly effective; however, they are burdened by high costs and the unchanged risk of HCC and reinfection, making prophylactic countermeasures an urgent medical need. HCV high genetic diversity is one of the main obstacles to vaccine development.

Epcoritamab, a bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) antibody targeting CD3 and CD20, has shown significant efficacy in treating refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). However, its use can lead to severe side effects, such as tumor flare. Here, we report the case of an 84-year-old male with relapsed DLBCL who developed fatal unilateral pleural effusion following Epcoritamab treatment.

The establishment of protective immune responses relies on the ability of terminally differentiated B cells to secrete a broad variety of antigen-specific antibodies with different effector functions. RIF1 is a multifunctional protein that promotes antibody isotype diversification via its DNA end protection activity during class switch recombination. In this study, we showed that RIF1 ablation resulted in increased plasmablast formation ex vivo and enhanced terminal differentiation into plasma cells upon immunization.

Background: Studies have demonstrated that the gut microbiome-immune system-brain axis plays an important role in neurological disorders. Furthermore, recent studies have shown that the gut microbiota influences the occurrence and progression of anxiety disorders, with potential involvement of immune cells. We aimed to investigate the causal impact of gut microbiota on anxiety disorders and identify potential immune cell mediators.
