Purpose: Antenatal detection of limb anomalies is not uncommon, and pregnancies are usually terminated in view of the expected physical handicap. The aim of this retrospective observational study is to delineate the spectrum of fetal limb anomalies and provide evidence in support of complete postnatal evaluation in establishing recurrence risk.
Methods: We present 54 cases of limb malformations detected antenatally and discuss the spectrum of abnormalities, the utility of fetal autopsy, and genetic testing to establish recurrence risk in subsequent pregnancies.

Objectives: The right kidney is not commonly selected for donor nephrectomy compared with the left kidney. Most left donor nephrectomies are performed by laparoscopic approach, whereas open donor nephrectomies are preferred on the right side. We present our experience of right laparoscopic donor nephrectomy, which was a substantial percentage of all performed laparoscopic donor nephrectomies.

Cranial vascular malformations can cause symptoms of headache, stroke, transient ischemic attack, or other cerebrovascular disorders due to steal phenomenon. Subclavian steal phenomenon is a localized change in cerebral perfusion from a cranial arteriovenous malformation (AVM). We present the only recorded case of a tonsillar AVM causing a transient ischemic attack due to steal phenomenon.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to better understand the role of the baroreflex in tilt-induced vasovagal syncope (VVS).
Background: The role of the baroreflex in tilt-induced VVS remains controversial. The authors hypothesized that: 1) patients with positive tilt table test (TTT) results have greater baroreflex gain (BRG) compared with patients with negative TTT results; and 2) patients with tilt-induced asystole have greater BRG compared with patients without asystole.
