Published: April 2016

Recently, the generalized hypergeometric function is extended by utilizing the Beta function. Based on this type of function, we introduce a new operator in the open unit disk. The present article investigates some subordination and superordination results for certain normalized analytic functions in the open unit disk, which are acted upon by the generalized Noor integral operator. Some of outcomes improve and generalize previously known outcomes.

Special Function Theory is used in many mathematical fields to model scientific progress, from theoretical to practical. This helps efficiently analyze the newly expanded Beta class of functions on a complicated domain. We use Mittag-Leffler and Hurwitz Lerch zeta (HLZ) kernels to produce the Beta function using the convolution tool.

Identification and multi-omics analysis of essential coding and long non-coding genes in colorectal cancer.

Essential genes are indispensable for the survival of cancer cell. CRISPR/Cas9-based pooled genetic screens have distinguished the essential genes and their functions in distinct cellular processes. Nevertheless, the landscape of essential genes at the single cell levels and the effect on the tumor microenvironment (TME) remains limited.

Motivation: The Gene Ontology system facilitates the functional annotation of genes by categorizing them into specific biological processes, cellular components, and molecular functions. Despite numerous tools like DAVID and Enrichr, analysing non-model organisms remains challenging due to a lack of genetic information and available tools.

Results: To address this, we present getENRICH, a comprehensive tool for gene enrichment analysis tailored for non-model organisms.

Department of Mathematics, Saveetha School of Engineering, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences, Saveetha University, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 602105, India.

Using the generalized Saigo fractional integral operator, the authors of this study prove several novel fractional integral inequalities of the Grüss type. By fixing the values of functions, specific situations derived from previously established findings are shown. The ultimate purpose of this work is to investigate the Grüss-type integral inequalities with the Saigo -integral operator, a more generalized integral operator.

Identification of pain-related long non-coding RNAs for pulpitis prediction.

Clin Oral Investig

January 2025

Department of Endodontics, Guangdong Engineering Research Center of Oral Restoration and Reconstruction, Guangzhou Key Laboratory of Basic and Applied Research of Oral Regenerative Medicine, Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, Guangzhou, China.

Objectives: We investigated the recently generated RNA-sequencing dataset of pulpitis to identify the potential pain-related lncRNAs for pulpitis prediction.

Materials And Methods: Differential analysis was performed on the gene expression profile between normal and pulpitis samples to obtain pulpitis-related genes. The co-expressed gene modules were identified by weighted gene coexpression network analysis (WGCNA).
