Background: Anosognosia is a frequent phenomenon in Alzheimer's dementia. Both heightened and decreased awareness of cognitive decline (AoCD) have been observed in mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and subjective cognitive decline (SCD). Despite some studies, the association between altered awareness and clinical conversion remained unclear.

Background: Lewy body (LB) diseases can present with overlapping prodromal, cognitive, motor, autonomic or neuropsychiatric symptoms. Intuitively, greater symptom severity should correlate with greater pathological burden, but this has not been consistently shown. LB pathology does not translate to clinical expression in Incidental LB disease.

Introduction: Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is the main predictive biomarker used to identify patients with NSCLC who are eligible for treatment with immune checkpoint inhibitors. Despite its utility, the predictive capacity of PD-L1 is limited, necessitating the exploration of supplementary predictive biomarkers. In this report, we describe the prognostic value of / mutation status for overall survival (OS) in patients with NSCLC treated with first-line immunotherapy or combined chemoimmunotherapy.

Purpose: Although 18 F-FDG-PET/CT is helpful in defining many types of cancer, localized prostate cancer should not be treated with this technique. This study describes the use of multi-parametric MRI (mpMRI) to characterize incidental 18 F-FDG uptake in the prostate.
Methods And Materials: While 18 F-FDG-PET/CT is useful for characterizing a variety of cancers, it is not advised for prostate cancer that is localized.
