Introduction: Cyber situational awareness is critical for detecting and mitigating cybersecurity threats in real-time. This study introduces a comprehensive methodology that integrates the Isolation Forest and autoencoder algorithms, Structured Threat Information Expression (STIX) implementation, and ontology development to enhance cybersecurity threat detection and intelligence. The Isolation Forest algorithm excels in anomaly detection in high-dimensional datasets, while autoencoders provide nonlinear detection capabilities and adaptive feature learning.

The present study aimed to investigate the effects of banana flours obtained from different banana cultivars (Grand Nain (GN), Azman (AZ), and Erdemli (ER)) on some basic physicochemical, bioactive, textural, and sensory properties of the gluten-free cookie samples by the simplex lattice mixture design approach. Incorporating banana powder into cookie samples resulted in significant changes in the parameters studied. The banana flours' total dietary fiber and total starch levels ranged between 1.

Lateralisation in reverse shoulder arthroplasty - A narrative review.

J Clin Orthop Trauma

March 2025

Department of Orthopaedics, Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen, AB15 6XS, UK.

Reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) has witnessed a significant advancement with the introduction of lateralisation techniques, aiming to enhance shoulder function and implant durability. Traditional medialised designs, following Grammont's principles, have encountered challenges such as scapular notching, reduced rotational strength, and instability. In contrast, lateralisation methods, which reposition the joint center of rotation laterally on the glenoid, humerus, or both, seek to improve deltoid leverage, optimize the rotator cuff muscles' length-tension relationship, and enhance joint stability.

Introduction: Treatment of type 2 diabetes (T2D) remains a significant challenge because of its multifactorial nature and complex metabolic pathways. There is growing interest in finding new therapeutic targets that could lead to safer and more effective treatment options. Takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5 (TGR5) is a promising antidiabetic target that plays a key role in metabolic regulation, especially in glucose homeostasis and energy expenditure.
