Objective: Sciatic nerve injuries often lead to severe pain and motor dysfunction, causing serious impact on patients' quality of life. Acupuncture, as one of the main therapies in traditional Chinese medicine, is gradually gaining attention in the field of nerve injury due to its potential role in pain relief and nerve repair. Bibliometric and scientific knowledge mapping methods were employed to analyze the current research status, hotspots, and development trends of acupuncture for sciatic nerve injury (SNI) over the past decade.

Background: 6-hydroxybenzothiazole-2-carboxamide is a novel, potent, and specific monoamine oxidase B inhibitor that can be used to study the structure of molecules and come up with new ways to protect neurons.
Objective: The objective of this work was to create an effective model using derivatives of 6- hydroxybenzothiazole-2-carboxamide and establish a dependable predictive foundation for the development of neuroprotective monoamine oxidase B inhibitors for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
Methods: The construction and optimization of all compounds were carried out sequentially using ChemDraw software and Sybyl-X software.

Background: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a leading cause of death among pediatric malignancies. Early diagnosis of ALL is crucial for minimizing misdiagnosis, improving survival rates, and ensuring the implementation of precise treatment plans for patients.
Methods: In this study, we propose a multi-modal deep neural network-based framework for early and efficient screening of ALL.

Accurate rupture risk assessment is essential for optimizing treatment decisions in patients with cerebral aneurysms. While computational fluid dynamics (CFD) has provided critical insights into aneurysmal hemodynamics, most analyses focus on blood flow patterns, neglecting the biomechanical properties of the aneurysm wall. To address this limitation, we applied Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI) analysis, an integrative approach that simulates the dynamic interplay between hemodynamics and wall mechanics, offering a more comprehensive risk assessment.

Purpose: In locations where the proton energy spectrum is broad, lineal energy spectrum-based proton biological effects models may be more accurate than dose-averaged linear energy transfer (LET) based models. However, the development of microdosimetric spectrum-based biological effects models is hampered by the extreme computational difficulty of calculating microdosimetric spectra. Given a precomputed library of lineal energy spectra for monoenergetic protons, a weighted summation can be performed which yields the lineal energy spectrum of an arbitrary polyenergetic beam.
